• If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate will be very welcome in your place. If this is not suitable, a 50% service charge will be payable.
• Under any Force Major conditions, Organizers may cancel the scheduled Conference and arrange for the same on some alternative dates.
• The Registration form will only be accepted with 100% payment in advance
• Registrations cancelled before a month of the event will be 50% refunded and cancellation less than 30 days before the event will not be refunded
• The Organizers reserve the rights to alter or amend any of the terms, conditions and regulations and / or issue additional rules they deem necessary for the orderly management of the event
Others:
• Any dispute or difference arising out of the interpretation of these terms, conditions and regulations or regarding the rights, duties and obligations of the participants shall be decided solely by Organizers whose decision shall be final and binding
• Other than Officially arranged Foods & Drinks are strictly prohibited within the Conference premises
• No smoking will be allowed within the premises
